Refund policy
At PP Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are processed through our online returns center to ensure a smooth experience.
•Standard Returns: Returns must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
•Condition: All returned items must have original tags attached and must not be worn, washed, or altered.
•Processing Time: Refunds and store credits are typically processed within 3 business days of our warehouse receiving your return.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for the same style in a different size or color, subject to availability. Your "new" exchange order will be processed once the returned item is scanned by the carrier. We recommend initiating your exchange as soon as possible to ensure your desired item does not sell out.
Damaged or Defective Items
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged item, please email support@ppclothing.shop within 30 days of purchase with your Order ID and a photo of the damage.
International Returns
